Hi,
I am G, I am 11, and I LOVE to bake!
I have a nut allergy and I love to find safe treats. I know that other people with allergies do, too!
So, I decided to start a nut-free baking blog to post fun, safe and easy recipes online for anyone to see. My favourite thing to bake is cookies, [I love tasting the batter, but everyone does, right?]
I love Chocolate so I will be posting lots of recipes with chocolate in them :)
I will try to post recipes as much as I can and I will also try to have photos of the recipes up but I can not say I always will :)
Hope you love the sweets and treats I post as much as I do!
Peace out all you baking [and eating] lovers! Check out my Apple-Oat Muffin Top Recipe, below:

1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Egg
1/2 a cup Sugar
2 cups of Flour
3 pinches of Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
Prep and Baking:
Set the Oven to 350 Farenheit
line 3 pans with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl combine, flour, rolled oats, salt, cinnamon, currants and baking soda.
stir for about a minute or until all mixed together.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, vanilla and sugar [this is best done in a mixer]
and mix until creamy and soft.
Gently pour a little bit of dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix in. Keep doing this until all the dry mixture is gone. Add the small apple chunks. Beat until all mixed together.
using a large metal soup spoon scoop a dollop of batter on to the pan repeat until pan is full[make sure to leave a little space between the muffin tops and make sure they are all around the same size.]
Slide in the oven and bake for 10 to 13 minutes.
Take out and let cool. Eat :)
